Send us your export from your old system — MarketMan, MarginEdge, spreadsheets — and we set up your items, vendors, and recipes for you.

What it costs

$299, one time — the same price for everyone.

What to upload

Whatever your old system gives you when you export — CSVs, spreadsheets, a recipe PDF, even a price list someone typed up. You don’t need to clean it up first or match it to our columns. Add a note about where you’re coming from and anything you want us to know, and attach as many files as you have.

What happens next

We set up your items, vendors, par levels, and recipes from what you sent. When it’s ready, you get a verification report to check against your own records. Nothing goes live until you approve it — the same review-first rule as every import in ShelfCount. Most requests are done in a couple of days.

Where to start

Open Data migration from the app, pick where your data lives today, add your files, and submit. An admin needs to start the request.

The free alternative: import it yourself

If your data’s already in decent shape, you don’t need the paid service. Import your data yourself for free — MarketMan inventory CSVs map automatically, and any other CSV or Excel file gets matched column by column with a review step before anything saves.
